Our research and planning services are provided to developers and business operators, as well as to governments and the not-for-profit sector. Founded in 1980, EPG has conducted projects in all Canadian provinces and territories, and internationally. The firm has offices in Victoria, British Columbia and Picton, Ontario. Socio-economic impact assessments are undertaken for community facilities, commercial development projects, and transportation/infrastructure initiatives.
